When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you enter:

We do not ask for passwords, payment details, bank information, government ID numbers or health information through this website. Please do not include such details in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. This is used only to keep the website secure and working properly.

Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

The website saves two small preferences in your own browser: light or dark mode, and your scroll position. These stay on your device and are not sent to us. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.

Where your information is stored

Enquiry form submissions are processed using Google services (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) and delivered to our business email inbox. The website itself is hosted on Netlify. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and their servers may be located outside India.

We may share your information with government or law enforcement authorities only when we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years from our last communication with you, after which they are deleted. If you become our client, some records may be kept longer where required by our contract with you or by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

Keeping your information safe

We follow reasonable security practices to protect your information, and access is limited to team members who need it to respond to you. However, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Story

Tantradhara started in 2025. Virendra Yadav and Nilesh Dhande, along with a few engineers, kept hearing the same complaint from businesses: the software company builds the app and leaves, and when something breaks, the client has to chase a separate IT vendor. So they started a company that does both. Our first clients came through referrals, and today we are a team of 15 engineers and field technicians. The idea is still the same: one team that builds it and keeps it running.

The Gap We Kept Running Into

Most vendors do half the job. A software company builds the product and moves on to the next client after launch. An IT vendor keeps your systems running but has no say in how the software itself was built. Clients end up managing two vendors, and paying for the gap between them.
